Located at Hillington Park, Scotland’s largest industrial estate, Napier Road represents one of the most modern vehicle showroom and service facilities in the UK for TrustFord, one of the most ambitious vehicle dealerships.
The bespoke 29,000 sq ft facility was delivered by Fraser Property UK and is one of the first automotive developments in Scotland to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation in addition to an EPC ‘A’ rating.
We were delighted to support the development by providing operational energy, embodied carbon and environmental modelling to establish ambitious performance targets that exceeded the initial brief, and were then verified throughout the design process.
